Terms of Use
The rules for using Solovio, accessing preview product surfaces, and working with the creator operations toolkit.
Effective date: July 7, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing Solovio websites, account-entry pages, preview product surfaces, and related services. By using Solovio, you agree to follow these terms.
If you are using Solovio on behalf of a business, brand, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solovio. If you are not old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, you may use Solovio only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
What Solovio provides
Solovio is a creator operations toolkit for solo creators who manage repeat work around content, audience conversations, links, follow-ups, analytics, and admin.
Some product screens may show previews, sample data, or early workflow concepts. Preview screens do not mean that live integrations, saved settings, outbound messages, payments, or third-party platform actions are active unless Solovio clearly says they are connected.
Solovio ownership and license
Solovio and its website, product interfaces, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by Solovio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Solovio for your personal creator work or internal business use, subject to these terms.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, frame, scrape, or build a competing service from Solovio or its materials unless we give you written permission or the law clearly allows it.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You should not share access credentials, API keys, or account access with anyone who is not authorized to use your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Solovio to break the law, violate another person’s rights, abuse or disrupt the service, send spam, scrape platforms, or attempt to bypass technical protections.
You may not use Solovio for unofficial Instagram automation, browser scraping, fake integrations, or workflows that violate third-party platform rules.
You may not upload malicious code, probe or bypass security controls, impersonate another person or brand, submit misleading information, or use Solovio in a way that harms Solovio, other users, third-party platforms, or the public.
Creator content
You are responsible for content, links, messages, campaign text, blog posts, files, or other materials you submit through Solovio.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and submit that content. You also grant Solovio the permission needed to host, process, display, and operate that content as part of the service.
Solovio does not claim ownership of your creator content. We may remove or limit access to content if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, another person’s rights, the law, or third-party platform rules.
Messaging, consent, and compliance
If Solovio later provides tools for sending messages, collecting leads, delivering links, or following up with audience members, you are responsible for using those tools lawfully and with any required consent.
You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules that apply to your workflows, including privacy, anti-spam, marketing, disclosure, and consumer protection requirements.
Solovio does not replace your own legal, business, or compliance judgment. You should review generated or suggested copy, workflows, and audience actions before using them.
Third-party services
Solovio may reference or connect with third-party services such as social platforms, analytics tools, payment tools, scheduling tools, or communication providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Solovio is not responsible for third-party services, platform availability, permission changes, or decisions made by those services.
Plans and payments
Solovio may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, subscription terms, billing details, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown when payment processing is available.
Until live billing is connected, plan pages and upgrade screens may be previews or product information only.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Solovio at any time. If account deletion or cancellation tools are available, you may use those tools or contact Solovio for help.
Solovio may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for Solovio or others, used the service unlawfully, or caused security, abuse, platform, or payment issues.
After access ends, some information may be deleted, unavailable, retained in backups, or kept where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, support, or business-record purposes.
Service changes
Solovio may change, pause, remove, or improve parts of the service as the product evolves.
We work to keep Solovio useful and available, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.
Disclaimers and limits
Solovio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise specific business results, audience growth, revenue, lead volume, or platform outcomes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solovio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or third-party platform issues.
Copyright and rights concerns
If you believe content available through Solovio infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content and explain the concern.
We may remove or limit access to content, accounts, or materials when we reasonably believe they infringe another person’s rights or create legal risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Solovio changes. The effective date on this page shows when the latest version took effect.
Continuing to use Solovio after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
