Privacy Policy

How Solovio handles information while helping creators manage repeat work across content, audience conversations, and creator operations.

Effective date: July 7, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Solovio collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, account-entry pages, preview product surfaces, and related services.

Solovio is built for solo creators who manage repeat work around content, audience conversations, links, follow-ups, and creator operations.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, contact messages, blog post submissions, profile details, and other information you choose to enter.

If you use or preview creator workflow tools, we may collect content, links, campaign text, audience notes, lead details, conversation details, or other information you choose to add to those workflows.

We may collect usage information such as pages viewed, feature interactions, device information, browser type, approximate location derived from technical data, and log data.

If you connect third-party services in the future, we may collect information needed to operate those connections, based on the permissions you grant.

We may also receive information from public sources, referrals, service providers, or third-party services you choose to connect, such as profile details, handles, content metadata, or account status information.

How we use information

We use information to operate Solovio, provide account access, respond to support requests, improve product experiences, maintain security, analyze usage, and communicate about the service.

We may use submitted creator content to provide the feature or workflow you requested, such as displaying a blog post, organizing preview data, or preparing connected workflow behavior.

We may use information to personalize Solovio, understand which features are useful, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, comply with law, and create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not identify you.

Cookies and similar technologies

Solovio may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to support account sessions, remember preferences, understand product usage, improve site performance, and measure communications or marketing where allowed.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some technologies may affect account access or site functionality.

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, Solovio may not respond to them consistently.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or support Solovio.

We may share information with payment processors, communication providers, analytics providers, professional advisors, affiliates, or connected third-party services when needed to provide Solovio or a feature you request.

We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We do not sell personal information as a core business practice.

Creator, audience, and public information

Some Solovio features may let you add information about audience members, leads, contacts, or conversations. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that information to Solovio and use it in your workflows.

If you choose to publish content, share links, submit public profile details, or connect public social profiles, that information may be visible to others depending on the feature and settings you use.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using and you have a lawful reason to provide it.

Third-party services

Solovio may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices, and their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

When third-party integrations become available, you should review the permissions requested before connecting an account.

If you disconnect a third-party service, Solovio may stop collecting new information from that service, but previously collected information may remain in Solovio until deleted or retained under this policy.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Solovio, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from active use where appropriate.

International processing

Solovio may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Privacy laws may differ depending on where information is processed, and we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information as described in this policy.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No online service is perfectly secure, so you should use strong credentials, protect your account access, and avoid sharing sensitive information unless it is needed.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information, subject to applicable law and operational limits.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to know more about the information we collect, request a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request, and we may keep certain information where required or allowed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, support, or business-record reasons.

Children

Solovio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Solovio changes. The effective date on this page shows when the latest version took effect.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
